WeatherTech Direct is seeking a qualified Warehouse Maintenance Technician to perform maintenance on packaging and conveyor equipment in our Bolingbrook warehouse. This role supports plant operations and ensures reliable equipment uptime.

The position offers a base pay starting at $30/hour with a $1/hour 2nd shift premium, opportunities for bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of warehouse maintenance experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic math, measuring, and computer skills.
• Demonstrate a high level of professionalism and a positive attitude.
• Able to lift 50 lbs. and bend, reach, and stand for long periods.
• Read, write, and understand verbal and written work orders/instructions in English.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair all plant equipment and machinery
• Perform troubleshooting of mechanical and electrical problems as they occur
• Complete all preventative maintenance activities in a timely manner
• Maintain material handling systems such as conveyors and sortation equipment
• Maintain battery-powered equipment
• Maintain building and grounds
• Assist and perform semi-skilled tasks in maintenance, repair, and construction for building upkeep
• Maintain accurate records of preventative maintenance
• Perform other duties as assigned

WeatherTech Direct is seeking a well-qualified Warehouse Maintenance Technician to perform maintenance on the various packaging and conveyor equipment in our Warehouse.
