Job summary

WeatherTech is seeking a Stockroom Assistant/Installer to support the Factory Store operations, assist customers, and help with product installation. The role involves inventory control, order processing, and maintaining stockroom organization in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications include 6 months in warehouse/stockroom work, a high school diploma, knowledge of Microsoft Office, and strong interpersonal and customer service skills. Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with carrying products to and installing products in/on their vehicles, and assisting with on-site customer product questions.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and support in the Factory Store by quickly and accurately receiving, printing, picking, and packing customer orders, as well as assisting customers with carrying products to and installing products in/on their vehicles, and assisting with on-site customer product questions.
  • Utilize the ERP system to maintain and manage the stockroom inventory on hand by conducting daily and monthly inventory and cycle counts of the store and stockroom, identifying and resolving inventory discrepancies, creating BOLs for restocking products, and maintaining various daily logs for product returns.
  • Unpack all deliveries and put inventory into the correct locations.
  • Ensure all stock is safely stored and easily accessible in compliance with all regulations and department guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate knowledge of inventory and their respective locations.
  • Store items in an orderly and accessible manner in supply rooms or other areas.
  • Clean and maintain supplies, tools, equipment, and storage areas to ensure compliance with safety regulations including all established department policies and procedures.
  • Designate stock items using identification tags, stamps, electric marking tools, or other labeling equipment.
  • Interact with customers when applicable.
  • Provide timely feedback to management regarding service failures or customer concerns.
  • Participate in required training on new tasks and skills pertinent to the department, product installation, company policies, and safety guidelines.
  • Follow company safety rules and keep designated work area in a clean and orderly condition.
  • Work a varied schedule consisting of day, evening, night, weekend, and holiday hours; work overtime as business demands.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

WeatherTech is seeking a well‑qualified Stockroom Assistant/Installer to contribute to the overall operation of the stockroom by ensuring all factory store orders are handled properly and timely.

Shift schedule:

  • Sunday – Tuesday: 8:30 am – 5 pm
  • Friday: 10:30 am – 7 pm
  • Saturday: 8:30 am – 5 pm
