Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Maintenance Technician in Greenwood, Indiana to maintain and repair warehouse equipment and facilities.

The role emphasizes safety, preventive maintenance, and efficient operation within a team-focused environment. Expect a 2nd shift schedule (Mon–Fri, 2:30 pm–10:30 pm) with weekly pay and benefits, including medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with company match, paid time off, and training support to advance your career in a rapidly growing supply chain

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong background in maintenance repair and preventive maintenance programs.
• Good organizational, communication, and planning skills.
• Basic computer and parts inventory system skills.
• Aptitude to investigate and problem-solve various mechanical issues.

Responsibilities

• Complete all routine lubrications, repairs and trouble shooting tasks of mechanical warehouse equipment.
• Assist and monitor all work being performed by outside contractors.
• Maintain inventory controls for cost effective operations.
• Schedule and complete preventative maintenance procedures.
• Assure safety standards are used which comply with all company, local, city, state and federal guidelines.
• Monitor and maintain grounds and building systems.
• Depending on location, employee may be required to operate equipment and may be required to be equipment certified.
• Special projects and other responsibilities as may be determined.

• Hourly Pay: $25.00+ per hour base on experience
• Overtime Pay $37.50 per hour
• Schedule Available: 2nd Shift Monday - Friday 2:30 pm - 10:30 pm
