Ryder Supply Chain Solutions is hiring a Warehouse Maintenance Technician in De Pere, Wisconsin. The role involves maintaining day-to-day operations and the physical assets under the direction of the Maintenance Manager.

You will work in a safety-conscious environment with state-of-the-art equipment and receive on-the-job training. Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent and a strong background in maintenance with excellent organizational and planning skills.

Qualifications

• Strong background in maintenance repair and preventative maintenance programs.
• Good organizational, communication, and planning skills.
• Basic computer and parts inventory system skills.
• Aptitude to investigate and problem-solve various mechanical issues.

Responsibilities

• Complete routine lubrications, repairs and troubleshooting tasks of mechanical warehouse equipment.
• Assist and monitor all work performed by outside contractors.
• Maintain inventory controls for cost effective operations.
• Schedule and complete preventative maintenance procedures.
• Ensure safety standards comply with company and regulatory guidelines.
• Monitor and maintain grounds and building systems.
• May be required to operate equipment and be equipment certified.
• Handle special projects and other duties as assigned.

• Schedule: Tuesday - Friday 6:0 AM - 4:30 PM
