Job summary

Ryder is hiring a Permanent Full Time Warehouse Maintenance Technician in Fort Worth, Texas. You will work with state-of-the-art equipment in a safe warehouse environment, responding to equipment breakdowns and performing preventive maintenance.

Weekly pay is offered. The role involves troubleshooting, maintaining conveyors, forklifts, and plant utilities, and following strict safety procedures in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Responding to unplanned equipment breakdowns during production
• Troubleshoot, disassemble and reassemble manufacturing equipment
• Maintain material handling equipment such as conveyors, paint systems, stackers, grinders and forklifts
• Adhering to established safety procedures
• Performing maintenance and trouble-shooting functions on all warehousing equipment in an independent and effective manner
• Maintains and trouble-shoots plant utility systems including fire protection, water, electrical, air, and vacuum as applicable
• Understands shop maintenance, parts inventory, parts ordering, and plant reporting systems
• Performs routine forklift repairs
• Maintains batteries and related equipment
• Perfoms routine Preventive Maintenance (PM) and maintains records of repairs
• If required, provides training, including aspects of safety, quality, sanitation, and efficiency of packaging/warehouse equipment, for operations associates
• Additional duties as assigned, overtime as needed

Ryder is immediately hiring a Permanent Full Time Warehouse Maintenance Technician in Fort Worth, Texas

Warehouse Positions Pay Weekly

• Hourly Pay: $30.00 per hour

• Schedule: Split Shift Tuesday -Thursday 9:00 am - 8:00 pm
