Job summary

Astreya is seeking a motivated warehouse associate in California to handle hardware picking, staging, packing, and inventory control. You will work with ticketing and inventory software to ensure accuracy and timely updates, while following safety and SOP guidelines.

You will inspect shipments, manage loading/unloading duties, and contribute to cross-functional projects as needed. Prior experience with warehousing in a fast-paced environment is valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 2+ years’ related experience or equivalent
• Attention to detail and ability to follow directions for quality
• Proficient with ticketing, inventory, and dispatch systems
• Determine methods on new assignments and coordinate activities as needed
• Network with contacts outside own area of expertise

Responsibilities

• Hardware picking according to FIFO policies
• Staging and packing of orders
• Assist with inventory, hardware management and e-recycling
• Use ticketing systems to report work and track metrics
• Maintain inventory data management for accuracy and workflow
• Receive and inspect shipments, verify deliveries against PO and packing slips
• Load and unload shipments and perform loading dock duties
• Maintain inventory records and stock levels
• Unbox and stock inventory on shelves; break down packing materials
• Assist in inventory procedures including total stock counts and spot checks
• Perform warehouse cleanup to maintain safety and order
• Contribute to large scale global projects as needed
• Other duties as required
