Job summary

Astreya Partners, LLC is hiring for a warehouse associate in Seattle. You will pick hardware per FIFO, stage and pack orders, assist with inventory and e-recycling, and use ticketing systems to report work and track metrics.

You will verify shipments, inspect deliveries against POs, and help with loading/unloading while maintaining accurate stock records. Strong attention to detail and experience with inventory software, MS Office, and shipping procedures are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 2+ years related experience or training.
• Ability to follow instructions and maintain accuracy in fast-paced environment.
• Experience with ticketing, inventory, and dispatch systems.

Responsibilities

• Hardware picking according to FIFO and staging/packing orders.
• Assist with inventory management, e-recycling and shipments inspection.
• Use ticketing systems to report work and track metrics.
• Verify deliveries against POs, report damages or shortages to leadership.
• Load/unload shipments; maintain stock records and safety standards.
• Unbox and stock inventory, assist in total stock counts and cleanup.
