Extera is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory handling activities. This role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and teamwork in a warehouse environment.

The position involves operating forklifts and moving materials, maintaining inventory accuracy, and assisting with various operational tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of warehouse, manufacturing, or related experience preferred.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Basic computer skills preferred.
• Regular and reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials and inventory.
• Pick, pack, prepare, and stage customer orders for shipment.
• Load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse using appropriate equipment.
• Maintain accurate inventory locations and assist with inventory control activities.
• Operate forklifts, power tools, and other warehouse equipment in a safe manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Support warehouse, leasing, recycling, and other operational activities as assigned.
• Communicate inventory, equipment, or operational issues to management in a timely manner.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
