Ryder in Warren, MI is hiring a Supply Chain Operations Specialist to join the GM Team. The role focuses on specialized operational functions for assigned work groups in a SCS logistics operation, emphasizing accuracy, efficiency and customer service.

Salary is $60,000–$64,000 per year plus benefits and PTO. Typical hours are 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday, at the GM facility in Warren. The position may involve LEAN improvements and training responsibilities.

Formación

• HS diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year in logistics, warehouse or related field.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Communicate daily/shift goals and plans to meet operational targets.
• Train hourly and other specialists; support ongoing training.
• Lead teams through policy and process training and review understanding.
• Make location decisions for demand planning and customer interactions.
• Develop system and process training; perform admin functions to support activities.
• Identify and solve operational issues using continuous improvement/LEAN.
