• 1+ year in logistics, warehouse or related field.
• 1+ year supervisory experience preferred.
• WMS intermediate preferred.
• MHE intermediate required.
• OSHA intermediate required.
• DOT and Hazmat intermediate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Communicate daily/shift goals of facility and work group(s).
• Assist with and train hourly staff and specialists.
• Lead and initiate employees through in depth training and continuous policy review.
• Make location decisions including demand planning and customer interactions.
• Support system and process training; perform operational administrative functions.
