Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• One year or more in logistics, warehouse or related field.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• WMS experience preferred.
• MHE experience required.
• OSHA compliance knowledge required.
• DOT and Hazmat knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Communicate daily/shift goals of facility and work group(s).
• Lead and train hourly, SNE or other specialists.
• Coordinate with carriers and customers as needed.
• Identify and solve operational issues and implement LEAN initiatives.
• Support development of system and process training for employees.
• Perform administrative functions to support location activities.
