Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or related roles.
• Knowledge of material handling equipment, tools, and best practices.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all aspects of the role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with teams and customers.
• Ability to lift and move heavy materials and equipment as required.
• Experience with flooring materials and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Safeguard warehouse operations and contents by following safety and security protocols.
• Inspect the condition of tools and equipment, performing general maintenance and issuing repair or replacement orders as needed.
• Facilitate the shipment and receipt of goods, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with customer and company requirements.
• Communicate with drivers to coordinate efficient delivery of products.
• Ensure that all shipments, returns, and transfers are handled with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Respond to warehouse requests promptly.
• Work collaboratively within a team environment, supporting shared goals and objectives.
• Adapt to changing priorities and operational demands while maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
• Take ownership of problems and see them through to resolution, keeping all stakeholders informed as needed.
