Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in material handling, warehouse operations, or a related field.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with moderate supervision.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily pickups, deliveries, returns, RTVs, and transfers per schedules.
• Receive, inspect, stage, label, and prepare materials for jobs for subcontractors.
• Verify purchase orders, quantities, product info, finishes and receiving docs.
• Maintain SAP inventory records and other systems; perform cycle counts.
• Track shortages, damages, back orders, returns, and discrepancies.
• Assist with loading/unloading and vendor coordination; communicate schedules.
• Prepare reports on inventory, shortages, damages, and material usage.
• Support billing by confirming receipt and job readiness.
• Handle calls, emails, mail, and office communications; order supplies.
