Job summary

Civil Recruit is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Minnesota to perform warehousing tasks for inbound and outbound goods. You will receive, handle, store, and dispatch items while maintaining accurate ERP data and following safety procedures.

This role requires attention to detail, basic computer skills, and the ability to read work orders. Overtime may be required and physical work up to 50 lbs may be needed; PPE is provided.

• Basic computer literacy and aptitude for learning ERP systems.
• Works well in a team and is self-motivated to complete tasks.
• Strong mathematical skills for counting and measuring.
• Ability to communicate clearly and follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Completes shipments by processing and loading orders from schedules.
• Unloads, receives, and stores incoming goods; checks for damage and discrepancies.
• Sorts, labels, moves, and stores items by size, code, or style.
• Performs routine counting to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Prepares and dispatches outgoing goods; uses pick sheets to locate items.
• Operates warehouse equipment as needed (forklifts, pallet jacks).
• Maintains ERP data accuracy and records discrepancies for action.
• Supports inventory counts and safety protocols.
