Job summary

NEFCO Construction Supply LLC is hiring full-time Warehouse Logistics Associates for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts. You will be involved in shipping, receiving, inventory control, replenishment, and related warehouse tasks.

Responsibilities include receiving, stocking, picking, packing, cycle counts, and using RF scanners and warehouse systems. A safe, efficient, and accurate operation is required in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous warehouse, distribution, shipping, receiving, or inventory experience preferred.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer and math skills.
• Ability to learn warehouse technology and inventory systems.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory.
• Pick, pack, stage, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Verify products, quantities, and documentation for accuracy.
• Perform cycle counts and support inventory accuracy initiatives.
• Research and help resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Operate RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
• Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, cherry pickers, and other material-handling equipment following training and certification.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow company policies and warehouse safety procedures.
