NEFCO Construction Supply LLC is hiring full-time Warehouse Associates for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts. You may work in shipping, receiving, inventory control, replenishment, or other warehouse functions based on business needs and experience.

The role emphasizes learning multiple warehouse functions through cross-training and career development, with overtime possible and a focus on safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous warehouse, distribution, shipping, receiving, or inventory experience preferred.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer and math skills.
• Ability to learn warehouse technology and inventory systems.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory.
• Pick, pack, stage, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Verify products, quantities, and documentation for accuracy.
• Perform cycle counts and support inventory accuracy initiatives.
• Research and help resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Operate RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
• Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, cherry pickers, and other material-handling equipment following training and certification.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow company policies and warehouse safety procedures.
