NEFCO is hiring full-time Warehouse Logistics Associates to support shipping, receiving, and inventory control across multiple shifts. You may be assigned to 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift with opportunities to cross-train and develop through hands-on experience.

The role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and teamwork as you receive, stock, pick, and ship products using RF scanners and warehouse systems; overtime may be required based on business needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous warehouse, distribution, shipping, receiving, or inventory experience preferred.
• Strong work ethic, reliability and positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer and math skills.
• Ability to learn warehouse technology and inventory systems.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory.
• Pick, pack, stage, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Verify products, quantities, and documentation for accuracy.
• Perform cycle counts and support inventory accuracy initiatives.
• Operate RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
• Safely operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow company policies and warehouse safety procedures.
