NEFCO Construction Supply LLC is hiring full-time Warehouse Logistics Associates to support shipping, receiving and inventory control across 1st, 2nd and 3rd shifts. Roles include stocking, order fulfillment, cycle counts and operating material-handling equipment.

The position offers cross-training opportunities and a focus on safety, accuracy, and teamwork in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in warehouse, distribution, shipping, receiving, or inventory preferred.
• Ability to learn warehouse technology and inventory systems.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory.
• Pick, pack, stage, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Verify products, quantities, and documentation for accuracy.
• Perform cycle counts and support inventory accuracy initiatives.
• Operate RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
• Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment.
