Job summary

NEFCO is hiring full-time Warehouse Logistics Associates for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts. Roles include shipping, receiving, inventory control, replenishment, and other warehouse functions. Overtime may be available; experience preferred. Benefits include PTO, holidays, insurance, and 401(k) matching.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous warehouse, distribution, shipping, receiving, or inventory experience preferred.
Strong work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer and math skills.
Ability to learn warehouse technology and inventory systems.

Responsibilities

Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory.
Pick, pack, stage, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
Verify products, quantities, and documentation for accuracy.
Perform cycle counts and support inventory accuracy initiatives.
Research and help resolve inventory discrepancies.
Operate RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
Safely operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment following training.
