Job summary

NEFCO, a family-operated construction supply distributor with 80+ locations nationwide, is hiring full-time Warehouse Logistics Associates for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts. Roles include shipping, receiving, inventory control, replenishment, and other warehouse functions based on need and experience.

Responsibilities cover receiving, stocking, picking, packing, staging, and preparing orders for shipment, with emphasis on accuracy and safety. Overtime may apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous warehouse, distribution, shipping, receiving, or inventory experience preferred.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude.
• Ability to learn warehouse technology and inventory systems.
• Basic computer and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory.
• Pick, pack, stage, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Verify products, quantities, and documentation for accuracy.
• Perform cycle counts and support inventory accuracy initiatives.
• Operate RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
• Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, cherry pickers, and other material-handling equipment following training and certification.
