Job summary

HR Genie is seeking an experienced Warehouse and Logistics Leader to take full responsibility for all warehousing and distribution operations at the Exim CPT Branch. You will lead the team, optimise stock control, and ensure safe, compliant daily activities aligned with customer expectations.

You will drive OTIF performance, manage fleet and equipment, and deliver continuous improvements in processes, reporting, and cost efficiency across the site.

• Proven experience in distribution, warehousing and logistics.
• Strong leadership and staff management capabilities.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively.
