Job summary

Truelove & Maclean, Inc., A member of SFS, seeks a CSPW Logistics Manager to oversee daily cleaning, secondary, packing, and warehouse operations on-site. You will manage inventory, organize stock, and supervise team members to ensure accurate records and efficient order fulfillment.

Responsibilities include coordinating logistics for orders, managing supplier delivery for outside processes, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements while driving improvements in service

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of stock control and inventory practices.
• Experience in operations management and coordinating teams.
• Proven leadership and organizational abilities.
• Knowledge of workplace safety regulations and practices.
• Previous experience in a similar logistics role preferred.
• Excellent communication, organization, and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with supply chain, customer service, sales teams, and suppliers to ensure on-time delivery.
• Lead and support improvement projects to raise service levels with vendors and external services.
• Ensure compliance with customer requirements and transportation regulations.
• Assist Quality and Supply Chain with supplier performance tracking and improvements.
• Conduct employee performance evaluations and support professional development.
