Job summary

Truelove & Maclean, Inc., A member of SFS, seeks a CSPW Logistics Manager to oversee daily cleaning, secondary, packing, and warehouse operations on-site. You will manage inventory, organize stock, and supervise team members to ensure accurate records and efficient order fulfillment.

Responsibilities include coordinating logistics for orders, managing supplier delivery for outside processes, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements while driving improvements in service

Position Summary

This is a full-time on-site role for a CSPW (Cleaning, Secondary, Packing, Warehouse) Logistics Manager. The CSPW Logistics Manager will oversee daily cleaning, secondary, packing and warehouse operations, including managing inventory, organizing stock, and overseeing team members. Responsibilities include ensuring efficient stock control, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating logistics for order fulfillment and managing supplier delivery for outside processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with supply chain, customer service, sales teams, and suppliers to ensure customer satisfaction and on-time delivery.
• Lead and support projects to improve our service level to customers and cooperation with vendors and outside services.
• Ensure compliance with all customer requirements as well as state, local and international transportation regulations.
• Assist the Quality and Supply Chain departments with the tracking of supplier performance and help identify opportunities for improvement.
• Conduct employee performance evaluations and identify opportunities for professional development and training.

Objectives

• Provide leadership and support for all employees within the Cleaning, Secondary, Packing and Warehouse departments.
• Identify and mitigate risks that may affect product quality or operational efficiency.
• Determine shipping priorities, work assignments, and shipping methods required to meet shipping and receiving schedules.
• Oversee incoming and outgoing shipping activities to ensure accuracy, completeness, and condition of shipments.
• Ensure accurate inventory data and regular cycle counts of raw and finished goods.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and experience in Stock Control, Inventory Control, and Inventory Management.
• Proficiency in Operations Management, including process optimization and team coordination
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Understanding of workplace safety regulations and practices
• Previous experience in a similar role is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication, organization, and prioritization skills.
