About the Role:
The Warehouse Lead plays a critical role in overseeing daily warehouse operations in our cold storage facility, ensuring efficient, accurate and timely processing of inventory and shipments. This position leads a team of warehouse associates, coordinates workflow and maintains a safe, organized and compliant work environment. The Warehouse Lead serves as a key liaison between warehouse staff and management, facilitating communication, problem-solving and operational excellence.

This role operates on one shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PMand associates must be prepared to work extended hours until the job is completed. The position enforces a strict No-Fault Attendance Policy and ensures all warehouse activities support overall supply chain objectives and customer satisfaction.

Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent
