Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years in manufacturing or warehouse distribution environments and inventory replenishment methods (KANBAN, VMI, Consignment).
• 1+ years supervising/leading small to medium teams.
• Leadership skills across organizational levels.
• Strong computer skills with verbal, written and presentation abilities.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Supervise teams responsible for receiving, storing, picking, kitting, and delivering material to assembly lines.
• Manage team scheduling and daily assignments.
• Oversee warehouse cycle counting, root cause analysis, and discrepancies resolution.
• Interact with multiple departments across the plant.
