Job summary

Must have working knowledge of SAP transactions.
Must have working knowledge of Excel and MS Office.
Must be able to work independently yet able to work with other departments on procurement issues that arise, cross-functional teams, etc.
2-5 years minimum experience in a logistics or manufacturing environment.
HS diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

Review and complete reoccurring SAP transactions.
Coordinate daily inbound shipments for parcel, air freight, LTL, and truckload.
Maintain records of time, date, quantity, source and destination of materials received or kitted.
Prepare charts and reports from logistics databases.
Participate in inventory audits to detect discrepancies.
Assist with import documentation and clearance processes.
