Job summary

DITSCH USA is seeking a Warehouse & Logistics Lead in Cincinnati, OH, offering $22-$24 per hour for first shift (7am–3pm) with potential weekend hours. You will direct daily warehouse activities, coordinate staffing and workflow, and act as the primary liaison between frontline staff and leadership to ensure safe and efficient operations.

This role requires a High School diploma or equivalent and warehouse/logistics experience, plus familiarity with WMS/ERP systems.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in warehouse and logistics operations is required.
• Lead, trainer, or SME experience in warehouse operations is preferred.
• Experience with WMS/ERP systems is required.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day warehouse activities on the floor, ensuring safe, accurate, and efficient movement of materials.
• Coordinate staffing, workflow, and priorities as the primary liaison between frontline staff and leadership.
• Train and coach team members on PIT operation, inventory integrity, and scanning using WMS/ERP systems.
• Ensure correct shipping, receiving, and storage labeling, FIFO rotation, and traceability on the floor.
• Support cycle counts and inventory audits with leadership guidance.
