Job summary

DITSCH USA LLC in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Warehouse Associate for the second shift. Starting pay $20.50-$21.50 per hour, with potential for additional hours including weekends.

Responsibilities include receiving, stock processing, order picking, packing, shipping, and warehouse data entry using a handheld scanner. You will operate forklifts and other equipment, maintain inventory accuracy, follow GMP and safety standards, and collaborate with teams to meet daily goals in a fast-paced food

Qualifications

• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common industry documents in English.
• Proven experience as forklift warehouse operator (within a food manufacturing environment preferred).
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail and familiarity with inventory management principles and systems.
• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices and Good Warehouse Practices
• Commitment to maintaining high safety standards.
• Proven experience in a fast-paced environment with a focus on quality and safety.
• Basic knowledge of workplace safety regulations (e.g., OSHA standards).
• Excellent time management and effective interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong ability to multi-task and prioritize daily activities.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect shipments, verify with packing slips and bills of lading.
• Operate forklifts, pallets jacks, and scanners to move goods safely.
• Maintain organized inventory and perform cycle counts / audits.
• Pack and ship orders; prepare packing lists and shipping labels.
• Collaborate with teams to meet daily operational goals.
