Job summary

Ditsch USA LLC is hiring a Warehouse & Logistics Admin Clerk for the first shift in Cincinnati, OH. You will organize and control all dock documentation, manage shipping/receiving, and ensure accurate ERP/WMS data entry to support inventory accuracy.

This role collaborates with the Warehouse & Logistics Supervisor and the Finance team to maintain high safety and quality standards. Ideal candidates have a High School diploma, warehouse logistics experience, and familiarity with WMS/ERP systems

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in warehouse and logistics operations required.
• Strong knowledge of WMS/ERP systems (Sage preferred).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, and shipping.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and perform cycle counts.
• Train team on WMS/ERP and ScanForce.
• Support supervisor and ensure timely data entry in ERP.
• Ensure adherence to SQF, HACCP, and GMP standards.
