REFRESCO is hiring for a Warehouse Shipping & Receiving role in Tampa, FL. The candidate will manage dock operations, verify loads, coordinate raw materials and ensure timely shipments. Proficiency with SAP and MS Office is required, along with forklift certification and strong attention to detail.

The position involves team coordination, safety compliance, and collaboration with Customer Service to meet shipping schedules. Overtime may be required in a fast-paced production environment.

Qualifications

• Requires High School certification or GED; associates degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years warehouse shipping/receiving experience; experience in inventory control or customer service a plus.
• Proficiency with SAP functions: Receiving, Dock Scheduling, PGI Reporting, and related processes.

Responsabilités

• Check in carrier drivers and assign dock doors, dispatch and coordinate yard trailer moves.
• Maintain accurate records of loaded drop trailers and issue daily status updates.
• Perform shipping/receiving administrative duties: filing, reports, clerical tasks.
• Coordinate raw materials deliveries and verify against packing lists and COA.
• Coordinate with Customer Service to ensure product availability for ship dates.
• Verify daily material checks and support production scheduling as needed.
• Reconcile invoices to purchase orders in SAP Open Text and manage dock operations.
• Ensure loading/ unloading paperwork and practice safe, organized work areas.
