Job summary

Ten-8 Industrial in Lake Wales, FL seeks a dependable Warehouse Shipping & Receiving Associate to support daily distribution activities. Responsibilities include receiving, inventory handling, order picking, packing, shipping, and data entry in SAP/WMS.

The role requires experience in warehouse/ shipping environments, familiarity with RF scanners, and forklift operation. Training and safety procedures are provided.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, or inventory experience preferred.
• Comfortable using RF scanners, computers, ERP, and WMS systems; SAP Business One experience is a plus.
• Forklift experience/certification preferred; ability to obtain certification required.
• Basic knowledge of UPS, LTL freight, and shipping documentation preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, teamwork, and commitment to inventory accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing slips.
• Report shortages, damages, overages, and other receiving discrepancies.
• Pick customer orders and service parts transfers using RF scanners.
• Pack, label, stage, and ship orders via UPS and LTL
• Prepare packing lists, shipping labels, Bills of Lading, and other shipping documentation.
• Complete receiving, picking, transfer, and shipping transactions accurately in SAP/WMS.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment safely.
• Assist with cycle counts, physical inventories, replenishment, and inventory research.
• Maintain organized inventory, staging, shipping, and receiving areas.
• Follow all company safety, PPE, and warehouse procedures.
• Support Parts, Service, Sales, and Supply Chain operations as needed.
• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
