Job summary

Refresco Group is seeking a Warehouse Associate/Forklift Operator in Tampa, FL to support high‑volume production. You will load and unload materials, move products using forklift VMUs, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.

The role requires forklift certification, basic computer skills, and familiarity with SAP transactions in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include material handling, inventory verification, and supporting production lines as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years manufacturing experience preferred.
• Forklift certified by Refresco trainer.
• Ability to read and follow job instructions.
• Experience with SAP transactions on forklifts and VMU systems.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to GMPs, PPE, and safety policies in warehouse/production areas.
• Load/unload raw materials and verify quantities.
• Operate powered industrial trucks with certification.
• Supply raw materials to production lines as required.
• Perform pre-trip forklift inspections and safety procedures.
• Maintain clean and safe work areas throughout the shift.
