Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a warehouse operations leader to coordinate daily activities and oversee inbound/outbound shipments. You will supervise unloading, order loading, and ensure accuracy of paperwork while maintaining product quality and safety standards.

The role requires forklift/MHE operation, adherence to safety protocols, and ability to work in varying warehouse temperatures. Prior experience in logistics is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• 1 year experience working in a logistics/distribution/relevant environment.
• Able to operate MHE.
• Must be able to work in unregulated temperatures within the warehouse during warmer and colder months can range from mild to moderate.
• Satisfactory completion of a forklift training program.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee all operational activities daily.
• Oversee unloading of inbound shipments and orderly stacking of products.
• Verify required inbound/outbound paperwork, ensuring proper counting of products.
• Efficiently load orders to appropriate doors and trailers.
• Conduct quality control, ensuring product corresponds to quality standards.
• Execute safety protocols and maintain cleanliness of the warehouse.
• Direct operations of the warehouse work team to meet productivity goals.
• Report inconsistencies in product, process, and quality system to appropriate channels.
