Job summary

Toshiba America Business Solutions is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator in Coral Springs, FL to support customers across the assigned territory. You will handle warehouse operations, verify shipments, and maintain inventory to ensure timely delivery of printers, copiers, and managed print services.

This hands-on role involves daily coordinating of paperwork, operating forklifts, meeting DOT requirements, and backing up delivery drivers as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of material handling or warehouse operations.
• Ability to coordinate paperwork and execute multiple activities.
• Must have a valid Driver's License and good driving record.
• Must meet all DOT requirements once hired.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to operate a forklift.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and perform various warehouse activities including verification of incoming and outgoing shipments, disposition of materials and maintenance of inventory database system.
• Back-Up Delivery Driver as needed; operate vehicle safely and in compliance with DOT rules.
• Load and unload freight/products efficiently and safely; report problems to management.
• Operate material handling equipment including forklift, hand truck, scanners, iPads and computers; assemble, pack and pick materials.
• Perform counting activities for physical inventory, cycle count, shipping or receiving accuracy.
• Create the daily delivery schedule for management review; coordinate delivery and setup for shop and delivery personnel.
• Confirm deliveries with customers; update schedule and coordinate equipment moves with sales and service.
• Ensure systems are up to date; run reports as required.
• Inspect warehouse and related equipment condition; oversee received shipments storage.
• Maintain clean, neat, and safe work area; adhere to safety rules and security procedures.
• Additional duties as assigned.
