Toshiba America Business Solutions is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator in Coral Springs, FL. You will coordinate warehouse operations, support installations and deliveries, and help maintain inventory accuracy while assisting with shipping and receiving tasks.

Qualifications

• 1 year of material handling or warehouse operations.
• Must have a valid Driver's License and good driving record.
• Must meet all DOT (Dept Of Transportation) requirements once hired.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to operate a forklift.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and perform warehouse activities including verification of incoming/outgoing shipments and inventory management.
• Back-Up Delivery Driver as needed, operating the vehicle safely and in compliance with DOT rules.
• Load and unload freight, communicating issues to management.
• Operate material handling equipment and prepare materials for delivery.
• Create the daily delivery schedule and coordinate equipment moves with shop/delivery personnel.
• Ensure systems are up to date and run reports as required.
• Inspect warehouse and equipment; oversee proper storage of received shipments.
