Job summary

Toshiba America Business Solutions is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator in Coral Springs, FL. This role supports customers across the territory, ensuring printers, copiers, and MPS environments run smoothly.

You will handle warehouse duties, deliveries, and inventory management while working with a variety of office technology. A hands-on role with growth opportunities within a global technology organization.

Qualifications

• 1 year of material handling or warehouse operations.
• Must have a valid Driver's License and good driving record.
• Must meet all DOT requirements when hired.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to operate a forklift.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and perform warehouse activities including shipment verification and inventory updates.
• Back-Up Delivery Driver as needed, following DOT rules.
• Load and unload freight safely; communicate issues to management.
• Operate material handling equipment (forklift, hand truck, scanners, iPad) and prepare materials.
• Perform inventory counts and cycle counts; ensure shipping/receiving accuracy.
• Create daily delivery schedule; coordinate deliveries with shop personnel.
• Confirm deliveries with customers and update scheduling system.
