Toshiba America Business Solutions, Inc. in Coral Springs, FL is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to manage receiving, storage, and distribution of office technology equipment.

You will maintain inventory, verify shipments, and support safe, efficient warehouse operations while backing up delivery drivers and adhering to DOT rules. A valid driver’s license and warehouse experience are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED or equivalent.
• 1 year of material handling or warehouse operations.
• Ability to coordinate paperwork and execute multiple activities.
• Must have a valid Driver's License and good driving record.
• Must meet all DOT requirements once hired.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and operate a forklift.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and perform warehouse activities including shipments and inventory updates.
• Back-Up Delivery Driver as needed; follow DOT rules and regulations.
• Load and unload freight; communicate issues to management.
• Operate material handling equipment including forklift, scanners, iPads, and computers.
• Perform inventory counts and ensure shipping/receiving accuracy.
• Create daily delivery schedules and coordinate equipment moves.
• Confirm deliveries with customers and update schedules.
• Ensure systems are up to date and run reports as required.
• Inspect warehouse and equipment; oversee received shipments storage.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow safety procedures.
