Job summary

Toshiba America Business Solutions is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator in Coral Springs, FL. The role supports customers through coordinating warehouse activities, including shipments, inventory, and delivery scheduling for office technology deployments.

You will back up as a Delivery Driver, operate a forklift and handheld scanners, and ensure DOT compliance. The position emphasizes hands-on work and safe, efficient operations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED or equivalent.
• 1 year of material handling or warehouse operations.
• Ability to coordinate paperwork and execute multiple activities.
• Must have a valid Driver's License and good driving record.
• Must meet all DOT requirements once hired.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to operate a forklift.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and perform warehouse activities including shipments and inventory maintenance.
• Back-Up Delivery Driver; operate vehicle following DOT rules and keep equipment in good order.
• Load and unload freight safely; report issues to management.
• Operate forklifts, hand trucks, scanners, iPads and computers; pack and pick materials.
• Count physical inventory, perform cycle counts, ensure shipping/receiving accuracy.
• Create daily delivery schedule and coordinate with shop and delivery personnel.
• Confirm deliveries and update schedules; coordinate equipment moves with sales and service.
• Run reports; ensure systems are up to date and accurate.
• Inspect warehouse and equipment; oversee inbound shipments storage.
• Maintain clean and safe work area; follow safety and security procedures.
