• 1–2 years of experience in customer service, logistics, warehouse, or transportation coordination preferred.
• Must be able to start immediately.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to stand for up to 12 hours per shift.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound delivery appointments with carriers and vendors.
• Check carriers in and out while verifying shipping documentation.
• Enter and verify Bills of Lading (BOLs), Proofs of Delivery (PODs), and shipment data in the WMS.
• Update outbound schedules, dispatch information, and print outbound BOLs.
• Monitor dock schedules to prevent delays and maximize efficiency.
• Communicate appointment changes, delays, rejected loads, and shipment discrepancies to the appropriate teams.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for carrier communication.
• Maintain organized shipping records, reports, and documentation.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and perform additional duties as assigned.
