Job summary

Coastal Elite Pro is seeking a Warehouse Support Specialist to help manage logistics, warehouse, and fleet operations, ensuring timely product movement and service continuity across our distribution network.

You will maintain operational records, process transactions across transportation, storage, and shipment activities, and monitor temperature-sensitive materials to preserve quality and accuracy in inventory documentation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Less than 2 years of related experience in warehouse support, distribution, or inventory control.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations and recordkeeping.

Responsibilities

• Support logistics, warehouse, and fleet operations to ensure timely product movement.
• Maintain operational records and process transactions across transportation, storage, and shipment activities.
• Monitor temperature-sensitive materials to preserve quality and update inventory and shipment documentation.
• Coordinate material movement using warehouse equipment and prepare packaging and shipment areas.
• Assist timely order fulfillment and ensure compliance with temperature control requirements.
