Job summary

Vesta Home is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to support warehouse and logistics operations onsite in Hayward, CA. The role splits time between warehouse duties, logistics support, and cross-functional coordination to align delivery and storage processes.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in logistics/dispatch, strong Excel and collaboration skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This is an onsite role with opportunities for growth and development.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in logistics, operations, or dispatch administration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace and logistics systems.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Spanish language proficiency is a plus.
• Onsite availability required at one of Vesta’s operational facilities.

Responsibilities

• Receive inbound shipments, manage dock doors and unloading schedules.
• Maintain inventory of warehouse supplies and consumables.
• Coordinate supply ordering and monitor replenishment needs.
• Assist in coordinating inbound and outbound material flow.
• Provide early-day dispatch coverage as needed.
• Track delivery trips and report status to leadership.
• Draft and maintain SOPs across operations and logistics teams.
