Job summary

Vesta Home (operating as Showroom Group) is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to support daily delivery and logistics operations across field, warehouse, and office teams in California. You will triage delivery issues, coordinate with third-party partners, and maintain accurate logistics records to keep projects moving forward.

This role requires 2+ years in logistics, strong Excel/Google Workspace skills, and onsite availability at a Vesta facility.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in logistics and dispatch administration.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, Google Workspace, and logistics systems.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and process follow-through.
• Spanish language proficiency is a plus.
• Onsite availability required at one of Vesta’s operational facilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary in-house logistics point of contact for non-routing matters.
• Triage delivery and retrieval issues in real time and determine next steps.
• Coordinate with Operations, Customer Experience, and Design to resolve field issues quickly.
• Escalate critical issues to leadership with context and options.
• Provide day-of and next-day support to delivery teams for clarity, documentation, and issue resolution.
• Process and review Bills of Lading, delivery receipts, and driver paperwork.
• Ensure all logistics documentation is completed accurately and submitted on time.
• Support DOT-related documentation coordination as required.
• Vet routing information for accuracy and feasibility before execution.
• Act as internal quality check between Operations, Warehouse, and Dispatch.
• Communicate updates or exceptions to dispatch in real time.
• Assist with identifying and sourcing 3PL partners and onboarding.
• Coordinate interviews and onboarding logistics for field staff.
• Maintain logistics workflows and documentation standards.
• Flag compliance risks and assist with safety incident follow-up.
• Provide summaries and operational insights to leadership.
