Job summary

Vesta Home, the Showroom Group, is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator onsite in Hayward, CA. You will split time between warehouse (50%), logistics (20%), and cross-functional coordination (30%), handling inbound shipments, inventory, and daily delivery operations.

This full-time role requires 2+ years in logistics or dispatch, plus strong Excel/Google Workspace skills and solid organizational and communication abilities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in logistics, operations, or dispatch administration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, and logistics systems.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and process follow-through.
• Spanish language proficiency is a plus.
• Onsite availability at Vesta's Hayward facility.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the point of contact for incoming carriers and manage unloading schedules.
• Maintain inventory of warehouse supplies and consumables.
• Coordinate supply ordering and monitor replenishment across departments.
• Support warehouse organization and cleanliness, including layout updates.
• Assist in coordinating inbound and outbound material flow and communication with delivery teams.
• Provide early-day dispatch coverage as assigned by the Director of Operations.
• Track and report on delivery trip status, including incomplete or miscategorized trips.
• Log recurring delivery issues and elevate as needed.
• Compile daily and weekly logistics performance reports.
• Record and track operational misses and support issue resolution with logistics and warehouse leadership.
• Draft and maintain SOPs across operations and logistics teams.
• Support onboarding and coordination of team members across both warehouse and logistics functions.
