Warehouse Coordinator

PrideStaff is looking for a talented Warehouse Coordinator to join our team in the Woodlawn, OH area for an amazing client of ours. We are seeking someone with a strong attention to detail who can keep operations running smoothly. If this sounds like you, please read on!

Nitty Gritty

• Shift: Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm
• Pay: $22/hour
• Type: Temporary to Hire, Permanent
• Location: Woodlawn, OH

Client Must Haves

• Coordinate incoming and outgoing inventory deliveries with supervisors.
• Separate work orders, mults, pickers, and shippers accurately.
• Coordinate pickups with drivers, ensuring proper paperwork and pickup information.
• Route shipping paperwork into correct bins for efficient delivery schedules.
• Complete all necessary paperwork for receiving, shipping, and stocking materials accurately.
• Communicate order issues during printing with sales.
• Report delivery issues to the Operations Manager and sales team.
• Serve as a resource for communication, training, safety, HR, mechanical issues, and customer service for all warehouse staff.
• Ensure all shipping counts, quality reports, work orders, and shippers are completed accurately before submission.
• Create nightly truck logs for next-day deliveries and outside carriers.
• Coordinate customer returns and credits.

Minimum Requirements: Minimum of 5 years’ experience in warehousing or production, proficiency with computer applications, familiarity with inventory scanners, and leadership responsibilities.
