Job summary

PROENERGY is seeking a Warehouse Associate at our Houston area facility to support multiple engineers and project managers by assembling orders, inspecting materials, and preparing goods for shipment. You will operate forklifts and warehouse equipment while maintaining accurate inventory records.

Responsibilities include handling incoming/outgoing shipments, documenting damages, and coordinating with logistics to optimize costs. US work authorization and a drug screen are required.

Qualifications

• Read, write and speak English fluently.
• US work authorization required.
• Pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Assembles orders and prepares goods for shipment.
• Receives, unpacks, inspects and stores incoming materials and supplies.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely.
• Use shipping records to verify the accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments and orders.
• Documents damages and discrepancies for future reimbursement and reconciliation.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Coordinates inventory management, warehousing, and transportation activities to optimize levels and minimize costs.
