Job summary

PROENERGY in Sedalia, MO is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support engineers and project managers. You will handle requisitions, assemble orders, and prep shipments at our Sedalia facility.

This role requires a HS diploma, basic computer skills, ability to lift 50 lbs, and fluency in English. You will work with our Warehouse Manager and adhere to safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED with 6+ months general work experience.
• Basic computer skills (Excel, email, data entry).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to read, write and speak English fluently.
• US work authorization required; sponsorship not offered.
• Pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Assembles orders and prepares goods for shipment.
• Receives, unpacks, inspects and stores incoming materials and supplies.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely.
• Uses shipping records to verify accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments and orders.
• Documents damages and discrepancies for reimbursement and reconciliation.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using WMS.
• Coordinates inventory management, warehousing, and transportation activities to optimize inventory levels and minimize costs.

Position Summary

The role will provide support to multiple engineers and project managers. You will handle all requisitions for the departments assigned; in addition report the real time status of order fulfillment.

Position Responsibilities

• Successful candidate will need to satisfactorily complete pre‑employment drug screen and background check.
