Job summary

Cencora is hiring to support fleet, logistics, and warehouse operations, ensuring timely product movement and service continuity. You will maintain records and process routine requests to minimize disruption while upholding control of materials and vehicles.

Role focuses on temperature-sensitive materials, inventory traceability, and efficient shipment preparation, with growth opportunities and shift coverage from Mon-Fri, 8:00am-4:30pm.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.
• Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), or equivalent certification preferred
• Less than 2 years of experience in warehouse support, distribution operations, shipping, receiving, inventory control, material handling, or a related field required.

Responsibilities

• Monitors temperature-sensitive materials during storage and shipment preparation to help preserve required conditions.
• Updates warehouse transactions, inventory records, and shipment documentation to maintain traceability and control.
• Identifies on-hold, damaged, or non-conforming materials and routes them through defined handling procedures.
• Coordinates material movement using approved warehouse equipment to support safe and efficient flow.
• Prepares packaging materials and shipment areas to support timely outbound activity.
• Escalates non-standard handling or inventory issues to support timely follow-up.
