Job summary

The successful candidate will manage inventory records, supervise order fulfillment, verify shipments, and maintain documentation while coordinating with receiving, shipping, returns, and cage/vault processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, logistics, or related fields.
• Minimum of two years of related supervisory experience.
• Effective communication, decision-making, and leadership skills.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with warehouse technology, including RF devices and MS Office.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as reach trucks (preferred).
• Willingness to work extended hours and participate in physical inventories.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate warehouse staff, ensuring adherence to safety and operational policies.
• Monitor workflows, suggest process improvements, and implement changes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Supervise receipt, storage, and shipment processes, including the management of controlled substances.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory, and compliance documentation.
• Ensure quality control in packing and shipping, protecting fragile items.
• Support safety guidelines, conduct physical inventories, and foster teamwork.
• Manage associate performance, attendance, and overtime.
