Job summary

NEFCO is hiring for full-time Warehouse Logistics Associates to support shipping, receiving and inventory control. Roles include 1st, 2nd and 3rd shifts with cross-training to learn multiple warehouse functions.

You will receive training on RF scanners and warehouse systems, with the potential for overtime and shift differentials on applicable shifts. We value a reliable work ethic, teamwork, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous warehouse, distribution, shipping, receiving, or inventory experience preferred.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer and math skills.
• Willingness to learn warehouse technology.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory.
• Pick, pack, stage, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Verify products, quantities, and documentation for accuracy.
• Perform cycle counts and support inventory accuracy.
• Operate RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
• Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, cherry pickers and other equipment.
