Job summary

NEFCO is hiring full-time Warehouse Logistics Associates to support receiving, storing, picking, and shipping functions across shifts. Roles include inventory control, replenishment, and other warehouse activities based on business needs and experience.

The position offers cross-training and career development with overtime possibilities. Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent and be able to lift up to 50 pounds, work in a fast-paced environment, and learn warehouse

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in warehouse, distribution, shipping, receiving, or inventory preferred.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer and math skills.
• Ability to learn warehouse technology and inventory systems.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory.
• Pick, pack, stage, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Verify products, quantities, and documentation for accuracy.
• Perform cycle counts and support inventory accuracy initiatives.
• Research and help resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Operate RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
• Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, cherry pickers, and other material-handling equipment following training and certification.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow company policies and warehouse safety procedures.
